I’m Lisa Wilkinson, founder of LCW Events — a retreat and off-site design company rooted in intention.
Travel and inner work have reshaped not only how I see the world, but how I move through it. Exploring new landscapes — both around the globe and within myself — reorganized the way I live, lead, and connect. It taught me to slow down, notice more, and build a life grounded in presence rather than urgency.
Those experiences helped me return to my truest self.
Now, I help teams and organizations create the space to do the same.
I believe energy is powerful.
And when we gather with intention — in places that support clarity and connection — the way we show up shifts. Collaboration softens. Communication opens. Leadership becomes more aligned.
